Minor Maintenance Projects

Do you have a list of small maintenance projects that bug you but never have time or energy to complete? We had several at our house. So…I made a list which made them visible and then doable!

It is amazing how long we “work around” things that we come in contact with every day. What if you did not have to work around it? Often these things are easy fixes and only take a few minutes.

One example of this: Our closet door was too long to move smoothly over the rug. So…everytime we opened the door it was a struggle. Solution…cut the door shorter! Wow! What a difference! Why did we wait so long to fix it? Literally years!

It is a joy to open that closet now! Who knew something so simple could be so REFRESHING!

Are you tolerating minor maintenance projects that can easily be solved?

Have you been inspired to refresh something in your home?
