Our Design Process

Art. 

We start every design with hand-drawn art. 

Block.

We cut bamboo printing blocks in our shop with a CNC router using our artwork.

Ink.

Ink is applied to the printing block with a roller for each impression made to the fabric. Our water based inks are eco friendly and are non-toxic and non-solvent. They are professionally heatset so the textiles can be machine washed or dry cleaned. 

Print.

Pattern is printed on the textiles one block at a time. 

Sew.

The printed textiles are then cut and sewn in the studio with meticulous attention to detail. We can create custom patterns, colors, and sizes to meet our client's needs.
